Businesses services include agreements such as:

• Standard repair times: Requests are placed in a priority queue for one of our on-site business technicians.
• Urgent response: During business hours at a premium rate.
• Service Level Agreements: Tailored to meet the client demand.
• On-Call agreements: For businesses, making a technician available in non-business hours.

Consumer 24 hour repair guarantee:

• If you require the work completed within 24 hours, it can be done at a premium rate.
• Rates are 1.5x the usual rate.  For example, a $50 repair can be completed for $75 but completed and ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Consumer Repair guarantees:

• All labour is guaranteed for 30 days.
